There are many people who need structure in some areas of their life if not all , except those with a truly developed moral compass . In this individual is the Sensation of what is right and wrong in a natural sense , whereby s/he will act in according with their desires but without harming the pursuits of others in a direct manner.
The Fascist urge to self-promote which helped us in the Jungle but in a modern context is utterly senseless for no one shall utterly rule without reprisal , but does surface in people, especially sociopathic individuals , who cannot empathize with others. They will be prone to act on a natural sense of righteousness while perpetrating physical / emotional damage to a fellow human , without any regard.
These individuals need an external regulator lest we have total Existential Wasteland instead of harmony amoung the Clans/Families/Tribes , however; this system still in many ways adheres to an outdated format as well as financial-effiencey methods.
I know anything i do "wrong" is not wrong in the realest sense, unless it offends the in-grained understanding of help or harm.
I know that their are also less inhibited or self-monitoring who could cause potential chain reactions of harm , especially in dealing with sheer violence and those predisposed to it. I however, will be no threat to humanity at large if i make choices against "prohibitions". If the above-mentioned escalated life would be unmanageable and a tragic hollow reflection of the calm glory it could exist ass.
Therefore, it is only in progress of learning the true functions of human essential functioning that our Legal sYSTEM can reflect the True Criminals, those who have turned away from simple acceptance of others in turn who have become like an elder-species of reptile people with little in common with us Warm-Blooders (not knocking reptiles at large , just fucking people who act like it's 6000 BCE) .

You are a product of your environment. If you're born poor, there's a 99% chance you'll die poor. The system is designed to fuck the working man or woman, at least here in America anyway. If you're down, they want to keep you down. It's hard to rise above where you come from. Fuck the legal system too. Same thing. It's designed to keep the wealthy people wealthy by bleeding the poor people dry or if they can't pay, lock them up with the scum of the earth even if he/she's done nothing of an equal offense. Should somebody that sells a little weed be put in a cell with a serial rapist? It's almost the same as 6000 bc. Do you know where you are? You're in the jungle baby, your gonna die!
