This is my first time putting any poetry of mine on the internet.

THE WORLD

Eyes see the world as though it were strong
I see the world through all of its wrong.
The beauty, the kindness, the weak and the brave
Intrinsic harmony is what we all crave.

Through truth and the lies, one balance is found
By shattering silence our lives are unbound.
Dancing with devils and angels alike,
Changing the ways with which we would strike.

Hatred rebuked by those who will hear
The secret behind all dangers and fears.
Foriegn and sacred, they try to control
The thoughts and the words of those they console.

Waiting and watching for others' mistakes
Relinquishing hearts for dollars that break.
Loving the hated is what we must do
To keep the world from burining right through.

Im open to any and all critisism and praises, Thanks.

OT3RA I really like the poem, I can totally can empathize with what it feels like to be dying inside and have someone help you out only to then start killing you again.

SELF-BLEEDING

Said I like you,
A truth you continue to see as a lie
A fight upon my own heart.

Surrendering.
Fighting off.
Baring all, without this selfish beast.
Whatever it was that killed me.
Your healing me!!

Categorize.
Monopolize.
And seize this red skin of mine!

I scream so Loud,
I’m waking the Dead!!
Look at me!!
Look inside….bare witness.
Tearing away this bare flesh of mine.
Making sure their is none of you left inside!!!

In such bewilderment, its making me sick.
I’m ready to fall!!
Fall so hard,
Fall so fast.
Is this all I’ll ever know?
Will you leave with the lights burning bright.
I need to know…

With truth smeared across your face;
Its hard for me to follow in your leading lines.

So maybe you have a little bit of rust on your halo.
And there might be somethings about yourself that you dont know.
Thats okay cause Im workin' on my own flaws.
We can't be perfect so we'll work with what we have.
Cause even the Mona Lisa's falling apart.
And this is all the proof that you'll ever need.
That to be perfect requires constant work.
And reuires something more then we'll ever be.

So you might have some skeletons in your closet.
And its not like you are the only one.
We've all got secrets held behind lock and key.
And we should just let them out and dance with eachother.
Cause even the angles have their promblems.
They've got their demons that they try to hide.
But theres no reason to be ashamed.
Cause to be human is to make mistakes.

Who cares if you have a rusty halo?!
Who cares about your closet skeletons?!
And If Anybody Gives A Shit...

I shot for the moon
And landed in a black hole
It sucked in my dreams
And cost me my hope
Now I walk around
Empty-handed, empty-headed
Stripped of knowledge
Lacking passion

You should avoid me
I'm a pothole in your road to success
Parasitic tumor growing on your will

You think you could take back my person
Selfless fool, can't you see
Time passed by and gave me an armor of apathy
Strong enough to repel your concerns for me

Don't waste your time stabbing me with sympathy
Your sword's getting rusty
You should just fuck off and let me be
