Can't clean your teeth when your jaws are wired shut.

And they were wired shut for about 5 weeks. 5 weeks of plaque and what-have-you collecting on the inside of my mouth. I was smoking pretty heavy then too, that sure didn't make it feel any cleaner. This was about a year and a half ago. I thought of it as I was chewing some gum at work a couple weeks ago, I felt something hard in my wad of gum.
